Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being processed, pending stock availability and payment confirmation.

Processing Times:


Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • North Island: 1–3 working days from dispatch

  • South Island: 3–5 working days from dispatch

  • Rural or Remote Areas: Please allow an additional 2–3 working days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please contact us at
sales@wharb.co.nz with your order details. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that returns must be approved by our team before being sent.
